Our practice philosophy highlights the connection between systemic and oral health. A significant portion of our mission is dedicated to preventing future complications by restoring oral health. Each treatment plan is tailored to the patient’s specific needs and wants, from the simplest to the most complex. Dentistry is constantly changing and improving, and it is important to stay current in materials, ideas, and philosophies.

"Dr. Mindy" has over 20 years of experience in General dentistry. She graduated from the Hebrew University Hadassah School of Dental Medicine and worked in Private and community practices for 15 years. After moving back to the States she attended an additional program of dental education at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine for 2 years and graduated with honors. Since moving to MA she has associated in private practices in the area. She is also a former faculty member of the NYU-Lutheran Advanced Education in General Dentistry, RI site. She has completed research in oral microbology and has co-authored in the field of dental trauma and rehabilitation.

Dr. Mindy is trained and experienced in all aspects of modern dentistry, including the latest techniques and therapies. She has taken many CE courses over the years including modern techniques in endodontics, esthetic crowns, Invisalign, Grinding and bruxism, bonding, and composites, grafting and implants. She provides top quality care to people of all ages.

She is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, The American Dental Association , and the Massachusetts Dental Association. She has been selected by her peers as one of the greater Boston's top dentists for 2018 and again at 2019 (by Boston Magazine).

Drs. Sapir live locally with their 5 children and dogs. In her spare time Dr. Mindy enjoys baking, crocheting and spending time with her family.

Our practice philosophy incorporates the parents as partners in their children’s oral health. The parent is invited into the treatment room. We strive to instill a positive attitude to dentistry that will accompany our young patients for the rest of their life. There are many behavioral techniques that can be used to gain cooperation and it is tailored to the specific child and situation. We will do our best to provide the finest dental experience that would fit your child's needs. Every single one of our patients gets individualized attention, we do not believe in mass dentistry!

Dr. Sapir accepts referrals from his colleagues (General and Dental Specialists) for treatment of children and adolescents who may require advanced behavior guidance techniques (non-pharmacological or pharmacological) or are patients with special health care needs/ medically compromised.

Dr. Sapir graduated from Hebrew University Hadassah School of Dental Medicine in 1995. He completed 3.5 year advanced education in pediatric dentistry program with distinction. He completed RMO's 2 year course in comprehensive Orthodontics. He graduated top of his class from an additional advanced standing dental program at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine . Dr. Sapir is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and a former faculty at Hadassah's Pediatric Dentistry Department, and the Associate Program Director of the NYU- Lutheran Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program in Providence, RI. Until recently he served as the Associate Program Director of the Boston University Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program in Boston , MA. Assistant Clinical Professor and Director of Pediatric Dental Sedation as well as director of Special Health Care Need management course. He was the Associate Director of the Department of Dentistry at Franciscan Children's Hospital.

Dr. Sapir is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry , College of Diplomates of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry , The American Dental Association , and the Massachusetts Dental Association. He has published numerous articles in peer reviewed pediatric dentistry journals, and is a sought after lecturer, nationally and internationally on topics such as sedation, trauma, orthodontics and emergency management in the dental office. Over the course of his career Dr. Sapir was granted numerous awards for excellence in academic research, teaching, and clinical skills. Most recently he received the Richard C. Pugh Award presented by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry for exemplary achievement on the 2016 Qualifying Examination. He has been selected by his peers as one of the greater Boston's top pediatric dentists for 2018 and again at 2019 (by Boston Magazine). He was awarded the Best Teacher Award for 2020 by the Pediatric dentistry residents at Boston University.

In his spare time Dr. Sapir enjoys training (and spoiling...) his Labrador and German Sheppard, gardening and fixing things around the house along with spending time with his family.

Boston native Dr Susan received her DMD degree from Tufts Dental School and chose to do additional training as a dental resident at Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic/Hershey Medical Center, providing dentistry for patients with complex medical needs. She stays current through comprehensive continuing education coursework.

Dr Susan has been a GP in the South Shore area for over 20 years, enabling her to treat her patients with confidence and in a comfortable and gentle manner. She enjoys the variety that general dentistry offers, and values the relationships she has with her patients, particularly improving their quality of life through successful dental treatment. She gets great gratification when she is able to relieve patients' discomfort while improving the quality of their dental health. Her goal is to make every visit comfortable and stress-free.
